Our Helen’s Hill vintage ‘Blanc de Noir’ or ‘white of red’ is made predominantly from Pinot Noir using the traditional methods of early harvest, hand picked fruit, gentle whole bunch pressing and long maturation on lees before disgorging. The Pinot Noir produces a complex and balanced wine with a structure for long ageing potential.

Aroma: Freshly baked bread, grapefruit
Flavour: Yeasty, aged lees
Texture: Crisp, fresh
Oak: 30% old French oak
